Paige's Little Rock Adventure

This past weekend I was able to fly out to visit Tom in Little Rock. He has a few days off work and was able to show me around. It was hot and humid! But not as bad as I thought. We drove across the Arkansas River. Drove by the President Clinton Library. Saw the classic cars along the Riverwalk and had lots of wings!

This is the Old Mill. It appears in the opening credits of Gone with the Wind. The gardens are so lush and tropical. We saw some turtles swimming in the pond too.

All good things come to and end, sadly. It was a nice break for the both of us to sleep in and lounge by the pool, and just recharge out batteries. Tom heads next to Nashville for the next 6 weeks then home to Utah! What a crazy summer this has been : )

Lake Powell 2009

We had a nice family vacation a few weeks ago. We flew Tom home from Little Rock and drove to Page, AZ and Wahweap Marina.
The boys hanging out in front of Lone Rock.
We ate Dinner at the Blue Buddah. The sushi was great. Cam is mastering chop sticks.

Easton loves getting buried in the sand.

Cooling off while watching the Pro Wakeboarders at Brostock.

Tubing in the choppy waters.

The weekend went by way too fast : ( and Tom got back to work. Hopefully we can get back in the fall for more fun in the sun.

The video I took of "Don't Speak" was not good enough quality to post : ( but it was soooo good.
We were is a suite with a big group of friends and some teens.
Hopefully they will come out with a new album soon and be back on tour.
Thanks- No Doubt

Cameron's 6th Birthday!

Cameron chose to celebrate his birthday 1 week early while Dad was in town. Cameron chose Red Lobster since seafood is his favorite. He really wanted to actually get the lobster, but we were able to talk him into the snow crab legs instead. He loved 'em!
Our really nice waitress suprised him at the end of the meal with a huge lobster from the tank. He got to touch it and watch it squirm.

For Cameron's Birthday party we went to a Salt Lake Bees Baseball game. Cameron didn't want to stand next to the Bee mascot in a photo, so I took one with him in the background :)
It was a fun evening with hot dogs, powerade, cotton candy and kettle corn. I thought the kids would get ill from all the snacks. Overall it was a great birthday. Cameron told me at the game- "I just don't want this day to ever end!"

Good Bye Provo Dental

The last week in April I finished a 9 year career at Provo Dental Care. I have really enjoyed working there. The friends I have made and patients I have met will always be special memories for me. Sometimes in life change is good, even when it is difficult. It helps us grow. As I move on to new experiences, I am excited for what the future holds.

I'm a brunette!

I was really getting tired of the maintenance of my blonde hair. So I decided to try something closer to my natural color. It's been 10 years since I've been this dark and it's taken some getting used to but I think I like it.

Roxy in the snow

We had a big snowstorm a week or so ago. We woke up to a foot of new snow. It was awesome. Roxy enjoyed it the most!
