Holidays 2008

On our first big snow storm of the year, Tom helped Jackson and Cameron build our Hockey Snowman.Christmas Eve we spent the day Skiing and boarding at Sundance. The snow was fabulous!

Christmas Eve night in the new PJ's.
My sister Shanna and her family came for a visit with her husband Ray and 4 boys. We had a blast sledding near our house. Then we warmed up with hot cocoa, popcorn and treats...

WOW

If you aren't up on the latest lingo, let me fill you in...WOW or World of Warcraft is the coolest online gaming sensation. This has been part of our families reality or should I say fantasy for over a year now. Every free moment Easton and Jackson spend their time gaming in this fictional world. It's mostly harmless other than it's addicting and we have had to devise an elaborate list of rules to allow them to play. Easton's favorite character was given Tom's nickname-SugarDaddy. They even created a character for me- Bebe. So if you WOW-talk to the boys about it. They love it!

Cameron has Glasses!

What a cute little fella! Cameron is really excited to be able to see the trees on the mountains!. Just like Jackson the two are cute little professors.
Just like his dad-he has a little humor in him : )

THANKSGIVING

This year we were lucky enough to stay home and go to Tom's parents for a great Thanksgiving dinner. There were 32 of us. It was quite a feast. Ethel had 4 tables set up for everyone. The kids were at the 2 tables downstairs. We just shuttled food back and forth! It was a blast. After a huge meal Tom and the other kids headed outside for a game of Annie-I-Over. It was a good way to work off some of the turkey. We took a picture of all the grandkids that came in the backyard.
We are so thankful this year for good family, health, jobs and friends.

HALLOWEEN

A few days before Halloween, the Wimmers invited the kids over to their enchanted pumpkin patch. Jackson was the oldest and "Found" the magic pumpkin! It was huge. He did a great job carving it. We had chili dogs and witches brew while the kids carved pumpkins and decorated cookies. Thanks Brian and Suzanne!
Cameron with his jack-o-lantern

Jacksons creation. He could have fit it over his head!

Jackson was a Gladiator-he won a Wal Mart gift card for best costume at his 4-H costume party. Cameron was Captain Rex- a Star Wars Clone Trooper. I was a friendly witch and helped out at Cameron's Kindergarten party.

Tom and I went with Friends to a costume party. I was Marie Antoinette and Tom was the Gladiator (nice hair!)

Campolindo High School Reunion

This last weekend I had a great time reminiscing with my girlfriends from High School. We decided to leave our husbands and kids at home and enjoy some girl time. Thanks to Patty Dayton (our events coordinator) we were able to have a fabulous dinner on Friday with 12 of us before the casual night meet and greet. I was amazed how great everyone looked! Saturday we relaxed, had lunch at El Charro and got ready for the big night. We went to the dinner party at Orinda Country Club. They had a DJ playing all the hits from the 80's as well as a memory room with photos from high school days. After 6 hours of laughing and catching up we headed back to the hotel. Sunday morning we had coffee cake at Millie's Kitchen...yumm. I was able to meet up with my siblings Shanna and Family, Kyle and family, Tristin and Drake and Erin and Ian. Shanna had a wonderful brunch for us at her house. Then it was off to the airport to head back to the family. Good Times
